Business Development Manager (BDM) qidirilmoqda
Data engineering outsourcing kompaniyasi sifatida xalqaro bozorga chiqamiz. Mijoz topish va shartnoma yopish bo'yicha tajribali mutaxassis kerak.
Vazifalar:
• LinkedIn, email va boshqa kanallar orqali xorijiy mijozlar topish (asosan AQSh, Yevropa)
• Sovuq xabarlar yozish va outreach kampaniyalarini boshqarish
• Mijoz bilan birinchi suhbatdan shartnoma imzolashgacha jarayonni olib borish
• CRM tizimida lid bazasini yuritish
• Sotuv strategiyasini takomillashtirish
Talablar:
• B2B sotuvda kamida 1-2 yil tajriba (IT/outsourcing sohasida bo'lsa afzallik)
• Ingliz tili — Upper-Intermediate va undan yuqori (yozma va og'zaki)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive bilan ishlash tajribasi
• Texnik xizmatlarni (data engineering, ETL, analytics) tushuna olish
• Mustaqil ishlay olish va natijaga yo'naltirilganlik
KPI (sizning natijangiz):
• Oyiga 30-50 ta sifatli lid (LinkedIn, email)
• Oyiga 8-12 ta Zoom suhbat
• Choragiga kamida 2-3 ta yopilgan shartnoma
• Yopilgan shartnoma summasidan 8-12% komissiya
Afzallik beriladi:
• Data/IT sohasida sotuv tajribasi
• Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly kabi outreach toollari bilan tanishlik
• Shaxsiy LinkedIn networkingi 500+ kontakt
Shartlar:
• Fix maosh: $800-1000
• Remote ish, moslashuvchan grafik
• Professional rivojlanish uchun byudjet
