☑️ Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations related to trucking and logistics activities.
Control incoming and outgoing payments.
Work with invoices, payment records, financial documents, and reports.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Prepare regular financial reports for management.
Track expenses, costs, balances, and payment status.
Communicate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
☑️ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, or related fields.
Good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payments, invoices, and expense control.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, accounting systems, or financial tools.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work with numbers accurately and responsibly.
Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or international business is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
Understanding of logistics financial operations.
Ability to prepare management reports and financial summaries.
Strong responsibility, confidentiality, and discipline.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
