QUALITY & PATIENT SAFETY SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or another relevant healthcare discipline
Previous experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in a tertiary-care hospital — Preferred
Postgraduate qualification/certification in Healthcare Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Quality Improvement, or a related field — Preferred
Good understanding of quality improvement, patient safety, clinical risk management, incident reporting, and healthcare standards
English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above — Required
Fluency in Uzbek or Russian — Required
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
