Integration Project Manager (Project-based, ~2 months)
📍 Tashkent, Uzbekistan (offline)
🕒 Full-time / contract for project
🚩 Duration: approx. 2 months
We’re looking for an SAP Integration Project Manager who can quickly enter an ongoing digitalization process and lead several integrations at once. In the company we are developing our in-house CRM system and marketplace, we have an actively working procurement (zakup) department, and we are building an Automall — for this we need to connect warehouse/stock to SAP and then integrate SAP with our CRM. So this is a short-term, project-based role with very concrete deliverables.
What you will do
Plan and manage the SAP integration scope for 2 months (timeline, priorities, risks).
Coordinate SAP integration of Automall warehouse/stock (sklad) into SAP.
Organize integration of SAP → in-house CRM (orders, customers, stock, procurement).
Work with teams who are building CRM and marketplace to align data models and APIs.
Collect and formalize requirements from business: procurement, warehouse, sales, operations.
Coordinate internal developers (CRM/marketplace) and SAP side (consultants/integrators).
Prepare and run testing (SIT/UAT), fix issues, prepare go-live checklist.
Report project status to management, keep documentation in order.
Requirements
2+ years of IT Project Management experience (not just business, but real delivery).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; 1C, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus — but you must understand ERP logic: master data, stock, procurement, documents).
Understanding of system integrations (API/REST, IDoc/BAPI/CPI/PI/PO — at least at the level of managing it).
Strong stakeholder management: business ↔ IT ↔ vendor.
Ability to work in a fast, “build while running” environment.
Russian or Uzbek — for daily comms; English for docs is a plus.
Nice to have
Experience integrating SAP with CRM or marketplace systems.
Experience in retail/auto/warehouse projects.
Experience in short, deadline-driven projects (1–3 months).
We offer
Clear scope and business owner on the client side.
Project you can show in your portfolio (SAP ↔ CRM ↔ warehouse).
Competitive project fee.
