Position:
**Intern in the Influence Marketing Team
**
Candidate requirements:
- final-year student or recent graduate;
- currently living in Tashkent;
- interested in influencer marketing, social media, bloggers and digital communications.
⚙️Hard Skills:
- have strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Docs / Word;
- confidently use Telegram, Instagram and YouTube;
- understand the local digital market and audience in Uzbekistan;
- be able to search and select relevant bloggers, influencers and Telegram channels;
- have basic analytical skills and be ready to work with metrics such as reach, views, ER and CPM;
- having experience in marketing, SMM, PR, event or influencer projects is an advantage.
📕Soft Skills:
- have good communication skills in Russian and Uzbek;
- be attentive to details when working with briefs, links, reports and statistics;
- be punctual, responsible and able to meet deadlines;
- be flexible and ready to adapt to changes in tasks and timelines;
- be interested in trends, local newsbreaks, bloggers and social media content;
- be ready to learn and grow in influencer marketing.
