🚛 🔴 US DRAYAGE DISPATCHER (PORT & RAIL OPERATIONS)
📍 Location: Bishkek
🕒 Schedule: US Shift (Port Hours / Early Mornings Preferred)
💰 Pay: $750 + 2% of base rate starting (top performers earn $1,200–$1,500+) (STABLE PAY, NO NEED TO GET YOUR OWN LOADS! STRUCTURED TRAINING PROVIDED!)
🔥 About the Role:
We are a fast-growing US-based logistics and intermodal trucking company managing port and rail container operations across the United States. We are hiring dispatchers to join a structured, high-performance operations team. with presence in US, China and South East Asian Countries, and we are looking for motivated professionals with at least 1 year of dispatching to join our team. Our dispatches focus on the real art of dispatching to manage port containers, coordinate drivers, and maximize daily moves while minimizing rail/port delays. There is NO need to go get your own loads with our existing customer base!
This is a high-speed, problem-solving role focused on ports, rail, and local deliveries. You will be part of a structured dispatch system managing a dedicated fleet with clear processes, KPI tracking, and growth into senior dispatcher or operations roles.
✅ Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers for port, rail, and local deliveries
• Manage container lifecycle (import & export)
• Optimize daily moves and reduce idle time
Terminal & Appointment Management:
• Book and manage PierPass / terminal appointments
• Monitor cutoffs and port congestion
Coordination:
• Empty returns
• Chassis usage
• Yard storage
Communication:
• Drivers
• Steamship lines
• Brokers / customers
✅ Requirements:
• 1+ year drayage experience preferred, but strong dispatch experience in US logistics is acceptable
• Work hours aligned with US port operations (night Bishkek time)
• Training on US port and rail systems will be provided
• Strong knowledge of:
• Rail & Port operations (Chicago, LA/LB preferred)
• Terminal systems & appointments
• Ability to manage 10 –15 trucks efficiently
• Strong decision-making under pressure
• Fluent English communication
