🌟 Month of HR: Guest Talk with Korzinka 🤩 On 27th of March, the Career Centre hosted the final session of the “Month of HR” series - a guest talk with Korzinka on the topic “Architecture of Modern Leadership in HR.” 💡 During the session, students explored how aligning personal values with organizational goals supports career growth and business success, while highlighting the role of motivation and strengths. ⚡️ The discussion emphasized the balance between employee potential and company objectives, showing how effective HR leadership drives engagement and long-term results. 🤩 As a recognition of outstanding commitment, students who attended more than four Months of HR sessions were awarded certificates of participation. ✨ WIUT Career Centre sincerely extends gratitude to Korzinka for sharing valuable insights and concluding the Month of HR project.
